Kashmir
Watch, September 11

By Dr. Abdul Ruff Colachal

Preliminary reserach reveals a crude fact taht the Sept 11 was the result of a hidden plan secretely planned and meticulously executed by the USA itself for findng solutons for several issues including NATO's legitimacy. There is a widespread perception that the US leadership used 9/11 events to implement its program of controlling the world resources. After the end of Cold War era, the US - the only super-power took upon itself the responsibility of reforming the world political system under New World Order, especially in Midest. Apart from running the world according to its whim and fancy, its objective was to democratize Middle Eastern countries for obvious reasons. There seems to be another consensus that 9/11 events were the result of pushing the developed countries against the wall, and barbarism and atrocities perpetrated on Palestinians including usurpation of Palestinian land.  And of course, power has also its own dynamics.

Although Russia, seeking profitable relations with the West, keeps avoiding confrontation with the all-powerful USA, the US-led NATO is all out to provoke the Kremlin into a perpetual cold war. As relations with Russia become much more competitive and strategic, NATO tries to revise post-Cold War era plans, retrieving Cold War analyses that have likely been gathering dust on back shelves somewhere at Nato headquarters and adapt them accordingly.

USA strategically employs threat perceptions to advance it own global interests, especially in Islamic world. In fact, Americans had (and have) no fears and concerns about their security, but with 9/11 events their confidence had been shaken and they appeared to be under psychological shock even now. That is it was a strategy to create fear among peole, including the Americans.

And the US has the “terror” attack even before the Sept 11. According to a report, the US bombing of Afghanistan in an effort to kill Osama bin Laden during Clinton’s presidency was the motivation of those who struck America on 9/11. One of the apparent reasons that the “terrorists” are not inclined to distinguish between the civilian and the military targets is that they feel that Americans and British citizens support actions of their governments.

The fact remains that the world moves by a simple principle of cause and effect. Following the September 11 terrorist event in US towns, New Delhi had expected that now it had the legitimacy to enter into strategic partnership with the USA and its western partners because the Islam is the key enemy of all of them and India media, true to their anti-Muslimism format of journalism, could forge a strong bond with  their western counter-parts with a possible legal  support.

But USA went all the way to Islamabad, in stead, to seek strategic partnership with India’s arch enemy. This annoyed India more than the struggle being launched by Kashmiris for regaining their lost sovereignty from occupier India.  Indian anger got further intensified when Pakistan was accorded the status of a major non-NATO ally thereby bringing Pakistan into NATO cover of protection against India which has been longing to find ways to destabilize its Islamic neighbors.

But Indian strategists are die-hard Hindus who eagerly wait for right movement to fix the Americans. And the nuclearism offered that opportunity without any real substance. India has since 1947 meticulously cultivated the global media with lies as input about its secular and democratic credentials. That is India could food the world around while torturing, sideling and Muslims in India and Kashmir and even after destroying the grand Babri Mosque in North India it continued to harp on the theme of democracy and secularism as much as US has been able to fool around the world. With similar themes including regime change.

As a result, the Western stereotype of India, thus, is that it is a spiritual place. Officially, India is a secular country. The Western perception of India is ridiculous and not worth delving deeper, but the question of India's view of itself is pertinent. It is largely a provincial question, but at this point it is more manageable to simply view the issue in general terms.

It is clear that US has taken over the problems of the Jews as well, as their own. The date Al Qaeda “terrorists” chose for their attack showed their true motivation, as September 11 is the anniversary of the League of Nations’ proclaiming in Palestine the British Mandate in 1922 that promoted the establishment of Israel. This fact was never revealed because the world media is under the control of Jews, which highlighted President Bush’s assertion that those acts were borne out of hatred for freedom and the American values. It was a calculated lie to divert the Americans from associating the disaster with the US support for Israel. The re-election of Bush and Blair was being construed as approval of their policies that have brought death and destruction in Afghanistan and Iraq.

No on can guarantee that the new incumbent whether McCain or Osama will withdraw the US-led terrorist forces from Afghanistan and Iraq. On the contrary, it is easy to infer that US would like to keep the entire region, not just Afghanistan and Iraq, under US custody squandering and siphoning off the energy resources. Hence India is keen to "claim" its share as a "big" power in South Asia. That means, American forces may well end up staying in the region for the next hundred years or even more until all energy resources are completely taken out into its territory or dried up. And of course, totally corrupt regimes firmly take roots in the region.

Thinking it was sleeping too long, India is now keen to court USA to pursue its own global interests. Delaying Kashmir freedom and reconstruction of Babri Mosque are not only he issues on its itinerary; it wants to gaze on the alien fields and gain access to regional energy resources around the world. In all this, New Delhi has one another most important agenda: to over take Pakistan in helping USA in advancing its global interests and, thereby, get a share for n services India renders in any manner. Besides, India is keen that USA withdraws its military cooperation with Pakistan and accord a most favored non-NATO ally, perhaps a long dream.

USA used the Sept-11 to fix the UN. As the entire world sympathized with the US after 9/11 events, it maneuvered to get a resolution passed in the UN Security Council to attack any country that aided and abetted the terrorists. The US leadership should understand that in this new era, sheer military might is no protection. No longer can strong nations attack weak ones with impunity. USA can destroy any weak nation if want so. After teerrorizing Kashmiris for decades of its military occuation and under severe stress, India  now woing to buring Kashmir issue has made all out efforts to cling on to Wahington's sinking boat.

In stead of getting into the Indian meticulous trap, the US leadership would do yeomen service to humanity by taking up issues that caused blood stain continuously and tensions in the regions. Kashmir and Palestine are the most important issues in that respect. Americans should understand this eidetic reality and help resolve the Palestinian and Kashmir issues, which are indeed flashpoints and the resolution of which will make the world peaceful and healthy.
